About Agentic Consulting Group
We exist to give every serious business access to the kind of strategic intelligence that used to require a Fortune 500 budget. The AI wave is coming regardless — we're here to make sure your business rides it.
The intelligence gap
is closing — fast.
For decades, the most sophisticated strategic tools — advanced data modeling, predictive analytics, automated decision systems — were reserved for organizations with the budgets to match. McKinsey, Bain, and BCG built those capabilities for the Fortune 500. Everyone else ran on instinct, spreadsheets, and experience.
Artificial intelligence changes that equation completely. The operational leverage that once required hundreds of analysts can now be built into the systems your business already runs. We exist to put that leverage in your hands — not as a watered-down version of enterprise consulting, but as something purpose-built for the businesses that have the most to gain from moving now.
We give business owners and leaders access to the kind of technology, data infrastructure, and strategic insight that has never been within reach at this level. The companies that move in the next 24 months will be structurally harder to compete with for the next decade. That window is open. We are here to help you walk through it.
How we operate
Culture is what happens when no one is watching. These are the principles that guide how we work, how we treat each other, and what we expect of everyone who joins this firm.
Empower people to be their best
We build systems that remove the noise so your people can do the work that only humans can do. That same principle guides how we operate internally — we invest in our team's growth the same way we invest in our clients' outcomes.
Everybody sweeps the floor
No partner hides behind a junior team. No one is too senior to take a call, handle a deliverable, or sit with a client through a hard problem. We don't have a hierarchy — we have shared ownership.
You're the hero, not us
Our job is to make your business better, not to demonstrate how smart we are. The best engagement ends with your team owning the outcome and knowing exactly how it works.
Space to think differently
The right answer rarely comes from the first obvious path. We build an environment — for our team and for our clients — where unconventional ideas get a fair hearing and genuine curiosity is never a liability.
From the founders
Why this firm exists
We started Agentic Consulting Group because we wanted to build something simple: businesses that run better because of the systems underneath them. Not a strategy deck. Not a pilot that quietly disappears. A real system, doing real work, inside a business that couldn't have justified building it any other way.
We care about the outcome more than the engagement. The best version of this firm is one where your business runs cleaner, grows faster, and needs less of our help over time — not more. That's the kind of partner we want to be: the one you call because something is working, not because something broke.
If you're building something you're proud of and want a partner who treats your business like it matters, we'd genuinely like to meet you.

Leadership

Hunter founded Agentic Consulting Group on the conviction that enterprise-grade AI strategy has been inaccessible to most businesses for too long. He studied Mathematics at the University of Alabama before joining a startup team that would go on to earn a Presidential Award and was featured in major programs and publications. Over nearly a decade, he built an analytical practice spanning telecommunications, retail, and large-scale commercial acquisition — partnering with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 organizations on data-driven operations and strategic growth. He started ACG to bring the same analytical rigor and systems thinking to businesses of every size.

Revin leads revenue strategy and client partnerships at Agentic Consulting Group. He studied Economics at Johns Hopkins University, where he also competed as a Division I lacrosse player. He began his career as a licensed financial advisor at New York Life — one of the largest financial institutions in the United States — before moving into markets analysis with a focus on inefficiency arbitrage in the futures market. His background in institutional finance and client relationships shapes how ACG approaches new engagements and long-term client growth.
Every engagement is led directly by the founders. No junior bench. No generalists learning on your budget.
We are building a firm worth joining.
