We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our contact form: • First and last name • Business email address • Phone number (optional) • Company name • Message or description of your situation We also collect standard server and analytics data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. Your information is stored in HubSpot CRM, which is SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts data at rest and in transit. We limit internal access to your data to the team members who need it to respond to your inquiry. We do not store payment card information. If an engagement proceeds, billing will be handled through a separate, PCI-compliant invoicing provider.

We retain your contact information for as long as there is a legitimate business reason — typically for the duration of a prospect or client relationship and up to three years after the last interaction. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We use the following third-party services that may process your data as part of delivering our site and services: • HubSpot — CRM and form processing (hubspot.com/legal/privacy-policy) • Vercel — website hosting, edge delivery, and anonymized analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy) Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements in place.

We use a small number of cookies, grouped as follows: • Necessary — a cookie that remembers your cookie preference, and a HubSpot cookie ("hubspotutk") set when you load or submit our contact or job application forms, used to match your submission to your CRM record. The site cannot process form submissions without this cookie. • Analytics — Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless by design and collects anonymized, aggregate usage data (pages visited, referral source) that cannot be tied back to you individually. • Advertising / retargeting — none are active today. If we begin running retargeting campaigns (for example, LinkedIn, Meta, or Google Ads), those cookies will only load for visitors who choose "Accept" in our cookie banner, and we will update this section to name the specific provider(s) in use. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or continue with necessary cookies only. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page. You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser settings, though some site functionality — including our forms — may be affected.
