How does pricing work?
Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted in writing before we start. We don't bill hourly and we don't do open-ended retainers for build work. If the scope changes, the price changes in writing before we continue — never after the fact.
What does the first engagement look like?
A short intro call, then a diagnosis session on your real workflows. From that we propose one system with a defined deliverable, a fixed price, and a 30-day build target. You approve the scope before anything is built.
Who actually does the work?
The founders. Every engagement is led and built by the two people whose names are on the About page. No handoffs to a junior bench, no offshore build team you never meet.
What happens if the system doesn't work?
Every scope includes a written success measure, agreed before we start. Because the price is fixed, delivering that scope is our problem, not a change order — extra build time is on us, not billed to you. And you own everything we've built either way. What we won't do is quietly redefine success after the fact.
Who owns what we build?
You do. Code, prompts, integrations, documentation — handed over with training so your team can run it without us. Ongoing optimization is something you can choose, not something you're locked into.
Do we need existing AI infrastructure?
No. We expect most businesses we work with to be starting from scratch. We build on the tools you already run — CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, email — and add only the minimum infrastructure the system actually needs.
Where does our data live?
In your accounts, on your infrastructure, wherever possible. We design with audit trails and human review pathways, and we'll tell you plainly — before we start — if a workflow touches data we think needs stricter handling than we can offer today.
What if we're not ready to decide yet?
