Speed-to-Lead

Respond before your competitors do.

Without it: the lead you answer tomorrow was answered by someone else today, and you paid to generate it either way.

What we actually build.

The moment a lead lands — web form, ad click, missed call — it goes out by call and text while the person is still deciding. Not the next morning, and not when somebody finally gets a minute between jobs.

How it gets built

  1. 1

Source mapping: every place a lead can land, wired into one queue

  2. 2

Trigger design: what fires instantly, what waits, and what should never fire at all

  3. 3

First contact: call and text together, in your voice, with your offer

  4. 4

Live handoff: anyone who picks up goes to one of your people, not into a queue

  5. 5

Persistence rules: how many attempts, spaced how far apart, and when it stops

Fourteen seconds, not tomorrow morning.

A lead is only worth what it is worth while the person is still deciding. This is the one product where the entire value is elapsed time — the text and the call go out together the second the form lands, and somebody is talking to them before they have finished looking at the next tab.

Reached while they were still deciding

An illustration — the timings are made up. Your cadence and your wording; the point is that it happens before they have finished shopping around.

Speed-to-Lead

Why this is the one worth over-investing in

Every other product in the suite improves a conversation you were going to have. This one decides whether you get the conversation at all. A lead that arrives while your team is on a job is not lost because anyone did anything wrong — it is lost because somebody else replied first.

Every source, one queue

Web form, ad click, missed call, chat that went quiet. They arrive in different places and get worked at different speeds, which is why one of them always gets forgotten. They land in one queue that is worked the same way.

Both channels, same second

A text lands even when someone cannot take a call, and a call carries further than a text when someone is ready to talk. Sending them together costs nothing and roughly doubles the chance of reaching a person who is still deciding.

Persistence, with an end

The follow-up that never stops is worse than no follow-up. How many attempts, spaced how far apart, and when it stops are set before anything goes out — and a reply from a person ends the sequence immediately.

Questions we get every time.

Does this mean calling people who did not ask?

No. This fires on inbound leads — someone who filled in your form, clicked your ad or called you. Proactive outreach to a list is Outbound Campaigns, which is a separate product with its own rules.

What happens when they answer?

The call goes straight to one of your people. Speed-to-Lead's job is to reach them; the conversation is a human one from the moment it connects.

What if we cannot pick up?

It qualifies, books against your real calendar, and leaves your team a lead that is already worked rather than a voicemail to return.

This one is already costing you. The only question is how long.

One call. We'll tell you what this would take to build in your business — or that it isn't worth building yet.
