Website Chat

Turn traffic into conversations.

Without it: the visitor who cannot find an answer in ten seconds leaves, and you never learn they were there.

What we actually build.

Answers the questions a visitor would otherwise leave to go and find — what you cover, whether you come out their way, when you could be there — and turns the ones worth having into a booked appointment inside the same conversation.

How it gets built

  1. 1

Question inventory: what visitors actually ask, taken from your inbox and your call recordings

  2. 2

Answer engine: the same one your phone agent uses, so both say the same thing

  3. 3

Honest coverage: service area, hours and job types answered straight, including the no

  4. 4

Booking handoff: a good conversation ends in a slot, not a contact form

  5. 5

Escalation: anything about money or anything urgent goes to a person, transcript attached

They were already on your site.

The visitor with a question is the warmest lead you get all day, and the one most likely to leave over ten seconds of silence. Do you cover me, how soon could you come, what does it involve — answered while they are still reading, and finished in a slot rather than a contact form nobody replies to.

Do you come out to Cedar Park?

We do — that's inside our regular service area.

How soon could someone look at it?

Thursday morning is open, or Friday after two. Either work?

An illustration. The questions are the ones visitors actually leave a site to go and answer — and the conversation ends in a slot, not a contact form.

Website Chat

What it answers, and what it hands to a person

Most website chat fails in one of two ways: it answers everything confidently including the things it should not, or it answers nothing and collects an email address. The line between those is the whole design.

The questions that lose you the visit

Do you cover my area, how soon could someone come, do you handle this kind of job. A visitor who cannot answer those in a few seconds opens a new tab. These get answered from what you actually do, including the honest no.

One answer engine, two channels

The chat and the phone agent read from the same knowledge base, so a caller and a visitor asking the same question get the same answer. Two systems trained separately is how a business ends up quoting itself differently in two places.

It ends in a slot

A conversation that finishes with "someone will get back to you" has moved the work, not done it. Where the visitor is ready, the chat books against the same real calendar the phone agent uses.

Questions we get every time.

What happens when it does not know?

It says so and hands to a person with the transcript attached. It does not guess, it does not quote a price, and it does not take a payment — the same permanent rule as the phone agent.

Is this a generic chatbot on our site?

No. It is built against your service area, your job types and your real availability, and it shares its knowledge base with the phone agent so the two never disagree.

Will visitors know it is not a person?

We do not build it to trick anyone. It is clear about what it is if it is asked, and it gets the visitor to the right place — which is more than an unattended contact form does.

This one is already costing you. The only question is how long.

One call. We'll tell you what this would take to build in your business — or that it isn't worth building yet.
