The AI front office for concrete.
It answers every call, finds out what the job is, and books it against your real schedule — nights, weekends, and when three come in at once.
A person stays in the loop on money and on anything urgent. Always.
The calls you are getting
Answer every call. Book every job. Around the clock.
These are the calls a concrete business takes. Every one of them either gets answered or the caller tries the next number on the list.
When they came in
4 of 5 outside 8–5
- 11:58 PMBooked“The driveway's cracked all the way across.”
- 4:12 AMBooked“The patio's sinking on one side.”
- 7:40 AMBooked“I want to pour a slab for a shed out back.”
- 2:15 PMBooked“Water's pooling against the foundation every time it rains.”
- 6:35 PMBooked“The steps are crumbling and someone's going to trip.”
The calls are the ones a concrete business actually takes. The times are an illustration, the same on every page — not a claim about your volume.
Your version of this list is the one that matters. Bring it to the call and we will work from yours.
What it asks before it books.
The same questions your best office person asks — in the words your customers actually use: pour, slab, driveway, footing, cure.
Quote season. A week of calls about driveways, patios and slabs, most of which need an on-site measure before anyone can say anything useful. Each one is captured with the area, the access, and whether there is existing concrete to take out — so the estimate visit is booked once and done once.

Estimates are on-site and weather-dependent. Pours are scheduled, not same-day, and truck access is asked about every time.
Third-Party Evidence
What the published evidence shows.
call-to-booking rate on an AI virtual agent — higher than most of their own CSRs
average talk time, against 8–10 minutes for a person
Source: ServiceTitan case study — Northwinds Services Group, 10 February 2026. The source states a range for the booking rate; a single number inside it would be ours, not theirs.
That is a published third-party case study, not a client of ours, and results vary by call volume, service mix and market. Northwinds runs 20 brands and a 25-person call center — they are bigger than you, and that is fair to point at. What transfers is not the scale. It is that a call arriving while everyone is busy either gets answered or it does not.
Questions we get every time.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It hands off to your people. It does not guess, it does not quote a price, and it does not take a payment. Anything to do with money, and anything urgent, goes to a person — that is a permanent rule in how we build, not a setting.
Does it book into what we already use?
It writes the job into the system your office already works out of. Where that system is one we support, the connection is part of the build. Where it is not, it still goes live through a fallback and connecting your specific system is separate work — we tell you which one you are before you pay us, not after.
What does it cost?
We do not publish a price, because the honest one depends on what we find. It starts with a scoping call on your real workflows — what you run, where the time goes, and which single automation is worth the most to you. You get a defined deliverable and a fixed price out of that, and you approve the scope before anything gets built.
Where do the numbers on this page come from?
Published third-party case studies and industry reports, each one named and dated underneath the figure. We publish the source with the number so you can go and read it yourself. What is realistic for your business is a conversation after an intro call, worked from your own numbers.
Will my customers know it is not a person?
We do not build it to trick anyone. It answers, it is clear about what it is if it is asked, and it gets the caller to the right place — which is more than a voicemail does at nine at night.
Does this mean we need fewer people in the office?
That is not what we sell and not what we believe. The calls nobody could get to now get answered. The people you have spend their time on the work that needs a person, which is most of it.
